Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, partner/channel marketing, digital content management, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Hands-on experience working within enterprise CMS and digital intake/workflow systems (e.g., DART, JIRA, or equivalent).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills for B2B audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage deadlines and cross-functional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner Tools Operations & Enablement: Lead operations for Logo Builder and Partner Locator, including updates and maintenance.
• Partner Branding & Visual Identity: Enforce brand guidelines and assess assets for quality.
• Web Strategy & Digital Content Management: Govern partner program pages, manage publishing workflows in DART, and audit content.
• Marketing Communications & Editorial Governance: Write and curate partner newsletters, announcements, and collateral.
