Job summary

Discord is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join our Partner Marketing team, driving co-marketing campaigns with game developers and technology partners. You will coordinate across partnerships, marketing, and program management to ensure timely, win-win campaigns that benefit players, partners, and the business.

You will help with timelines, templates, and intake workflows, collaborating with Sales, Product, Brand, Creative, and Channel teams, and tracking KPIs like revenue, DALP, and GMV

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of partner marketing, co-marketing, marketing operations, or program/project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional marketing programs from intake through launch and reporting.
• Some experience working directly with external partners or clients in a marketing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute partner co-marketing campaigns across channels including owned social, email, in-product placements, and live events.
• Help maintain marketing playbooks and repeatable program templates for faster time-to-launch across partners.
• Coordinate GTM planning for partner moments and prepare materials for review.
• Manage day-to-day program support for Commerce partners and track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
• Maintain intake and request-tracking workflows (Salesforce, Asana) to log and action requests.
• Assist development of B2B marketing collateral with Product/Consumer Marketing teams.
• Coordinate partner workshops, innovation days, QBRs, and industry summits.
