eMed is hiring a Manager, Partner Marketing to support Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success for employers, brokers, and channel partners. You will drive materials and tactics from first conversation to signed contract and ensure ongoing client engagement, with a strong focus on brand consistency.

The role sits at the intersection of sales enablement and lifecycle communications, requiring collaboration across multiple teams and a data-driven approach to messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner marketing, client marketing, or sales enablement in healthcare.
• Proven track record building materials for new business and existing growth.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.
• Effective project management across multiple client and partner workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Adapt materials for pre-sale and post-sale needs with Partnerships.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to build post-sale assets.
• Maintain consistent brand voice from first pitch through renewal.
• Develop scalable sales enablement assets: templates, one-pagers, case studies.
• Own timelines across concurrent accounts, balancing speed, accuracy, and brand.
• Incorporate client/partner feedback to improve messaging.
• Coordinate with clinical, legal, and compliance for approved materials.
