Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to support the marketing strategy with Google and drive co-selling opportunities across Woolpert's Digital Innovations capabilities.

You will coordinate campaigns, enable sales with assets, and cultivate cross-functional relationships with Google Cloud marketing, partner, and sales teams in a remote, US-based role. Travel up to 25% is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This position reports to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager and supports marketing strategy execution and campaign coordination for Woolpert's strategic partnership with Google. This role assists in executing joint go-to-market initiatives, maintaining positive relationships across Google Cloud and Woolpert teams, and creating demand for Woolpert's Digital Innovations capabilities to support pipeline growth and co-selling opportunities.

Working closely with Partner Marketing leadership, Sales, Industry Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Google stakeholders, this role ensures marketing collateral and logistics support business growth while expanding Woolpert's visibility within the Google ecosystem. What You Will Do:

• Support the marketing relationship with Google by coordinating day-to-day operational needs for joint marketing initiatives.
• Assist in executing annual joint marketing plans aligned with Woolpert's Digital Innovations growth objectives.
• Build relationships with Google Cloud marketing, partner, and sales teams to increase awareness of Woolpert's capabilities and strengthen co-selling opportunities.
• Execute integrated partner marketing campaigns, webinars, events, customer stories, thought leadership, and digital programs with Google.
• Develop Googler-focused marketing programs that educate Google sellers and technical teams on Woolpert's capabilities and differentiators.
• Translate complex Digital Innovations capabilities-including Agentic AI, cloud modernization, machine learning, and geospatial technologies-into compelling customer and partner messaging.
• Create partner sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, and success stories.
• Collaborate with Industry Marketing and Regional Marketing to activate partner campaigns across priority markets and regions.
• Measure and report on partner marketing KPIs including campaign performance, partner engagement, pipeline influence, co-selling opportunities, and marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with internal marketing peers and external partner contacts to streamline event and campaign logistics.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• 2-4 years of experience in partner, product or solution marketing, strategic marketing and/or partner marketing.

• Experience working with geospatial technology, consulting, or professional services organizations.
• Experience working within global, matrix organizations.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range

$87,100 — $108,900 USD
