Cohesity is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing plans across UK and Europe, partnering with sales to generate demand.

You will develop programs, manage multi-touch campaigns, and build executive relationships while coordinating with regional sales leadership. This role involves travel and in-office collaboration to accelerate opportunities.

• Measure lead and pipeline ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
• Track lead flow and ensure timely follow-up by Sales channels.
• Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs (30-40% travel).

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing. We strongly prefer candidates who are currently located in or near the designated job location.
