  • Experience managing marketing budgets and MDF/BDF programs.
  • Proficiency with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce and partner portals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans for a portfolio of strategic technology partners aligned to joint priorities.
  • Own end-to-end execution of integrated programs and campaigns with timelines and approvals.
  • Define audiences, messaging and KPIs for programs and campaigns.
  • Track performance against KPIs and capture insights to inform strategy.
  • Build relationships with partners and serve as day-to-day marketing contact.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across alliances, marketing, industry and regional teams.
  • Manage deliverables for programs (case studies, briefs, eBooks, enablement).
  • Collaborate with events on strategy and support; manage external agencies.
  • Manage co-marketing funding (MDF/BDF) and partner investments for ROI.

Job Description

We are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own and execute joint go-to-market plans andinitiatives for a portfolio of strategic technology partners. This role will turn joint priorities andobjectives into co-marketing programs and campaigns designed to engage target audiences,generate qualified leads and drive pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can manage multiple partners and priorities,gets energized by pipeline goals, navigates ambiguity, maximizes co-marketing investments andleverages data to inform and influence decision-making.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably within B2B technology, consulting or professional services
  • Experience working directly with strategic technology partners and managing joint marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience measuring marketing performance, funnel progression, pipeline and ROI
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and navigating ambiguity
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and partner funding/MDF/BDF programs
  • Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, partner portals)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner meetings, events and industry engagements

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in United States is $90,000-120,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing plans and programs for a portfolio of strategic technology partners, aligned to joint priorities and objectives
  • Own end-to-end execution of integrated programs and campaigns, including timelines,deliverables, dependencies, approvals and communications
  • Define target audiences, joint value propositions, messaging and KPIs for programs and campaigns
  • Track performance against KPIs, including funnel progression, pipeline and ROI, andcapture insights that inform partner strategy, optimization and future investment
  • Build and grow strong relationships with partners and serve as the day-to-day marketing point of contact
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across alliances, marketing, industry, practice andregional teams to ensure alignment and program success
  • Manage deliverables and requirements for programs and campaigns, such as casestudies, solution briefs, eBooks and enablement materials
  • Collaborate with the events team on event strategy and support
  • Manage external agencies and vendors supporting programs and campaigns
  • Manage co-marketing funding, including MDF/BDF and additional partner investments, to ensure strategic allocation and maximize ROI
