Job description

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and high-impact Data & AI Practitioner to join our leadership team. This is a unique, dual-hatted role requiring a rare blend of deep technical mastery and proven commercial acumen. You will own the entire Data & AI value chain - from data creation to modern consumption - helping enterprise clients transform their businesses through data architecture, Enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic workflows.

As a leader originating from a Center of Excellence (CoE) background, you possess the technical gravitas to architect complex solutions and the consulting finesse to originate, shape, and close large-scale deals.

Requirements
  • Consulting Background: Minimum of 8–10+ years in a premier management or technology consulting firm, managing client relationships and driving growth.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying, structuring, and closing large-scale Data/AI deals and managing large delivery programs.
  • CoE Pedigree: Past technical leadership roles within a Data & AI Center of Excellence or enterprise architecture group.
Technical Expertise
  • Core Data Engineering: Deep understanding of data modeling, ingestion pipelines, storage, and modern data stack paradigms.
  • Cloud & Data Platforms: Advanced proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • AI Portfolio: Proven experience deploying Enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. Must understand the data needs, security guardrails, and architectural patterns of Agentic AI (autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks).
  • BI & Analytics: Solid grasp of business intelligence, data democratization, and insights consumption strategy.
Core Competencies
  • Business Outcome Focused: Ability to tie every technical decision directly to revenue growth, cost reduction, or risk mitigation for the client.
  • Constant Learner: A passion for staying at the absolute bleeding edge of technology (e.g., evolving LLM architectures, vector databases, agentic workflows).
  • Collaborative Team Player: A low-ego, high-collaboration leader who can seamlessly partner with account teams, delivery units, and practice peers.
What We Offer
  • The opportunity to shape the AI strategies of Fortune 500 enterprises.
  • A highly competitive compensation package featuring strong performance-based incentives for deal closure.
  • A culture of continuous learning, autonomy, and technical excellence.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement & Business Development (Primary Focus)

    • Deal Origination & Pursuit: Lead client engagements to identify high-value business opportunities, shape strategic pursuits, and successfully close large-scale deals.
    • Consultative Selling: Translate complex technical capabilities (GenAI, Data Mesh, Advanced Analytics) into tangible business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
    • Proposal Leadership: Head the creation of compelling RFPs, technical solution blueprints, and commercial models for large enterprise programs.
  2. Technical Strategy & Solution Architecture

    • End-to-End Value Chain Mastery: Architect solutions spanning data engineering, governance, business intelligence (BI), and enterprise-grade AI.
    • Next-Gen AI Ideation: Identify high-impact use cases for Generative AI and Agentic AI, defining the precise underlying data architectures and orchestration frameworks required to support them.
    • Ecosystem Utilization: Leverage deep hands-on familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Databricks, and Snowflake to design modern, scalable data platforms.
  3. Program Delivery Oversight

    • Large-Scale Governance: Act as the strategic advisor on marquee, multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring technical alignment and value realization.
    • CoE Alignment: Champion best practices, reusability, and delivery excellence inherited from a high-performing Center of Excellence environment.
