Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a senior partner marketer to shape and scale the ChatGPT Ads ecosystem. You will develop strategy, programs, and GTM approaches that activate technology, measurement, and other strategic partners, turning partnerships into measurable business value.

You will work with global advertising platforms, measurement providers, and emerging tech to drive adoption, accelerate investment, and demonstrate the impact of conversational advertising across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner/platform/product/ecosystem marketing or related role in advertising or tech.
• Experience building partner programs from the ground up and turning partnerships into scalable GTM motions.
• Ability to balance strategy and execution and align cross-functional teams with different incentives.

Responsibilities

• Support our ecosystem strategy by identifying partners, programs, and investments to boost advertiser adoption and revenue.
• Develop differentiated go-to-market strategies across technology, measurement, and partner segments.
• Build and scale partner marketing frameworks based on partner potential and business opportunity.
• Design and execute integrated co-marketing programs across launches, campaigns, events, content, webinars, and customer stories.
• Collaborate with product and partnerships to translate strategic relationships into advertiser value propositions.
• Drive advertiser acquisition and activation through partners, onboarding and growing spend.
• Create scalable partner enablement programs and marketing materials for partner sales and customer teams.
• Develop joint messaging, launch narratives, and assets with Product Marketing, Communications, Product, Legal, and Brand.
• Identify customer and partner stories demonstrating impact of ChatGPT Ads across the journey.
• Establish measurement frameworks linking programs to activation, pipeline, revenue, and product adoption.
• Build repeatable processes for partner launches and co-marketing at scale.
• Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to priority partners to integrate ChatGPT Ads into broader go-to-market strategies.
