Job summary

OpenSesame is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that grow OpenSesame’s indirect business. You will activate priority partners’ installed bases and prospects, create demand through partner-specific campaigns, and help convert that demand into sales-accepted leads and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Indirect funnel and pipeline generation: plan, execute, and optimize partner-driven campaigns to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings.
• Partner-rep activation and Marketing-in-a-Box: provide scalable campaigns, messaging, and assets to SPMs and partner field teams.
• Bring the partner story to life: ensure partner value is consistently represented across marketing programs and channels.
• Cross-functional operating model: establish briefs, cadences, roles, handoffs, and service levels between marketing and the Partners team.
• Operational effectiveness and revenue measurement: set campaign goals, track leads and revenue by partner and program, and optimize investment.
• Personal effectiveness and AI utilization: build repeatable programs and apply AI to research, content adaptation, and workflow efficiency.
