Job summary

OpenSesame is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Creative to steward the OpenSesame brand across visuals and copy. You will lead a small team of designers and writers, implement AI-enabled workflows, and scale brand assets for campaigns, PR, and sales materials.

The role reports to the CMO and partners with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales. You will build brand governance, editorial strategy, and operating models for creative requests, while driving market awareness and pipeline

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading brand and creative teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into high-quality content and campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with product, growth, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Brand stewardship across visual identity and voice across customer touchpoints.
• Own editorial calendar and content strategy for leadership and campaigns.
• Lead creative team and manage marketing requests and workflows.
• Implement AI-enabled tools and workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Partner with Growth to support campaigns, demand generation, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, CS, and Exec Leadership.
