Job summary

PMAM Corporation, a Dallas-based technology company, is expanding its sales team and seeking a Partner Manager to develop, manage, and expand the partner ecosystem. Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic partners that align with PMAM's growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships within partner organizations.
  • Develop partner business plans that establish shared goals, growth targets, and success metrics.
  • Develop onboarding and enablement processes to support partner understanding of PMAM's offerings, value proposition, and engagement model.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and manage strategies to generate revenue through partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with partners on lead generation, co-selling, referrals, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain visibility into the pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities and related activity.
  • Coordinate with appropriate internal stakeholders to support contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and business terms.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion within the partner ecosystem.
  • Manage relationships across technology, referral, reseller, consulting, associations, and integration partners.
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging market opportunities and potential alliance relationships.
  • Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings as appropriate for the role.
  • Communicate partner feedback, market insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to support partner‑related initiatives.
  • Align partner activities with corporate growth objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of partner training materials, enablement resources, and sales tools.
  • Track, document, and report on partner performance and program effectiveness.

We are currently expanding our sales team and seeking Partner Manager to promote our cutting-edge technology solutions, including our premier policy and certification management platform. This role offers the opportunity to engage with clients in both the public and private sectors, such as law enforcement and government agencies.



Position Overview

The Partner Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding PMAM's strategic partner ecosystem to support company growth, market expansion, and revenue generation. This role focuses on identifying and cultivating relationships with technology providers, consultants, service organizations, industry groups, associations, and channel partners that align with PMAM's solutions and business objectives.


The Partner Manager serves as the primary liaison between PMAM and its partner network, supporting mutually beneficial relationships through joint business planning, market development, sales collaboration, and partner enablement. The position requires strong relationship management, business development, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate partnership activity into measurable business outcomes.


This role is based at the PM AM corporate office in Dallas.



Responsibilities


Partner Recruitment & Development


  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic partners that align with PMAM's growth strategy.

  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships within partner organizations.

  • Develop partner business plans that establish shared goals, growth targets, and success metrics.

  • Experience supporting multi-industry growth initiatives.

  • Software Development, Public Sector & / or Healthcare industry industries.

  • Track record of driving measurable revenue through partner channels.
