Modern Executive Solutions is a fully integrated talent management consultancy focused on diverse leadership and culture. We seek a Partner to lead client relationships, shape strategy, and grow the firm with an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will guide engagements end-to-end, shape services, and mentor the next generation of consultants while representing the firm externally through thought leadership and client networks.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with consulting and client-relationship experience.
• Proven ability to develop proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Deep knowledge of leadership, culture, and HR processes.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-stakes engagements.
• Comfort leading cross-functional teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Lead new business development and expand existing accounts.
• Staff projects, coach teams, and maintain delivery standards.
• Develop external thought leadership and represent the firm externally.
• Contribute to practice area strategy and firm-wide priorities.
