- Deep knowledge of the full business development cycle.
- Experience managing high-stakes engagements in leadership and culture topics.

- Serve as the senior-most accountability for major client relationships.
- Lead the pursuit of new client relationships and develop proposals.
- Contribute to practice area strategy and firm-wide priorities.
