O'Hagan Meyer seeks an experienced attorney partner with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Orange County, CA office. The ideal candidate will handle single-plaintiff FEHA/wage & hour claims, and wage-and-hour class actions, advising and counseling matters. A portable book of business is not required but welcome.

This position is open to remote and hybrid candidates. Our office is located in Newport Beach, CA and offers flexible scheduling along with a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Experience as a partner attorney in labor and employment litigation.
• Experience handling FEHA/wage & hour matters and class actions.
• Prior advising and counseling on employment issues desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex labor and employment litigation matters for clients.
• Manage case strategy, discovery, and hearings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide guidance.

Salary Range: $215,000 to $265,000
