The ideal candidate will have significant experience in individual FEHA cases, but a portable book of business is not required. A competitive salary range of $215,000 - $265,000 is offered along with a robust benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Job description

O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced partner attorney with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Downtown Los Angeles office. This Partner will join a diverse practice group that handles single plaintiff employment litigation, and wage & hour class litigation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all aspects of individual FEHA cases and counseling employers on compliance. A portable book of business is not required, but would welcome one. This role could work remote out of any continental state but must be licensed to practice in CA.
