Premier, global, law firm seeks self-sufficient partners or groups to add to their thriving practice. Their IP lawyers handle patents, trademarks, copyrights, domain names, trade dress, trade secrets, and related licensing and litigation. They have significant experience handling unfair competition matters as well as the full range of IP issues that surround the internet. Their representation spans the industrial spectrum with issues such as individual name and likeness and products ranging from apparel, games and cosmetics to medical devices, pharmaceuticals and digital media content.

Partner candidates should have at least $1M in portable business and a minimum billing rate of $800/hour.

Salary: $300,000.00-$450,000.00 plus 40% of origination (depends on qualifications and size of book).
