Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem that helps our partners bring solutions to market. You will create and curate learning content, sales resources, and go-to-market assets to help partners engage clients effectively.

You will work with the Partner Enablement Program Manager to design enablement experiences, onboarding, product launches, and ongoing learning journeys, ensuring partners stay current on

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content and GTM resources for external audiences.
• Experience leading end-to-end enablement projects from concept to launch.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools (Articulate or Adobe) and LMS/PRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses and learning journeys.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across platforms.
• Develop go-to-market enablement resources and collateral.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library.
• Plan enablement content for onboarding and product launches.
• Ensure content governance and data-driven content improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor content.
