Job summary

AvePoint seeks an experienced Partner Development Manager to identify and recruit partners, drive partner-sourced revenue, and nurture partnerships with upsell and cross-sell strategies. You will enable partners, run co-marketing initiatives, and collaborate across Sales and Product to align GTM plans.

You will manage partner relationships, lead enablement sessions, and review partner performance to drive revenue growth within the AvePoint ecosystem.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales or partner development.
Proven track record in partner enablement and recruiting.
Experience closing deals with partners and customers.
Ability to build a quantifiable business case with partners.
Excellent relationship management with senior executives.
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and recruit partners to build a strong pipeline.
Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners.
Ensure partner certification and enablement.
Collaborate with Sales and Product to tailor GTM strategies.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to assess growth.
Provide ongoing partner account management and support.
Monitor partner-sourced revenue and pipeline growth.
