Job summary

Aquent in Culver City is seeking a strategic, data-driven Partner Growth Insights Contractor to scale subscription partnerships. You will synthesize large datasets into executive-ready insights and support the partner growth team with key initiatives, driving growth and engagement across living room and SVOD bundles.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to track performance, develop prioritization frameworks, and deliver data-driven recommendations to accelerate long-term paid plan

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant subscription business management experience within entertainment with strong analytical background.
• Partner management experience.
• Experience launching multi-channel programs coordinating with several teams.
• Strong analytical acumen to brief assessments and extract key insights from results.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and experience crafting Keynote presentations for marketing strategy and planning.
• Passion for and knowledge of digital media distribution, film and TV.

Responsibilities

• Produce data-driven performance insights for third party partners to identify growth opportunities, risks, and gaps.
• Maintain full funnel metrics across partners such as Amazon Prime Video, Peacock Bundle, Samsung, Roku, etc.
• Track performance vs forecast and explain discrepancies to accelerate growth.
• Support partner prioritization and strategy frameworks tied to paid plans, revenue, and LTV.
• Collaborate with business development, partner marketing, content development, paid media, and analytics teams.
• Develop a bundle performance scorecard with international teams.
• Work with Data Science and Analytics, Acquisition and Retention teams to understand weekly drivers of performance.
• Quantify impact of partner events and support data-informed event decisions.
