Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to join the Americas Alliances & Channels team. You will cultivate relationships with executives and sales teams at Stripe and partner organizations, secure new business, and close strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

8+ years of partnerships or sales experience in technology or B2B environments.
Experience owning and growing strategic partnerships with measurable outcomes.
Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with internal/external teams.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and influencing executives.
Ability to travel as required for partner meetings and events.

Responsibilities

Build deep relationships across sales, marketing, and partner leadership.
Develop a revenue-generating joint go-to-market plan for assigned partners.
Create and execute Stripe’s partner strategy with partners and internal teams.
Advocate for partners and identify growth opportunities.
Report performance to stakeholders with clear analytics and updates.
Collaborate with program, marketing, and sales to run partner programs and events.
Develop playbooks and collateral to help partners sell effectively.
