Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager for the Americas Alliances & Channels team. This remote role focuses on cultivating relationships with Stripe and partner executives, negotiating strategic partnerships, and accelerating business across the region through systems integrators, consultants, and development agencies.

You will drive and co-sell initiatives, execute partner programs, and develop joint go-to-market plans with internal teams to unlock market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of partnerships or sales experience in technology or B2B environments.
• Experience owning and growing strategic partnerships with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with external and internal teams.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel for partner meetings, events, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with sales, marketing, and partner leadership teams.
• Develop revenue-generating joint go-to-market plans with partners.
• Execute Stripe’s partner strategy with assigned partners.
• Advocate for partners and identify growth opportunities.
• Report to stakeholders using strong analytics and clear communication.
• Collaborate with marketing, program, and sales teams on partner programs and events.
• Create playbooks and collateral to help partners sell.
