Job summary

Alliant Credit Union in Chicago seeks a results-driven lending professional to manage a complex member portfolio and deepen relationships with tailored financial solutions.

You will own the full lending lifecycle—from pipeline to closing—serving as the primary contact for assigned members and coordinating with internal partners to ensure onboarding is seamless and timely. A focus on WOW service and proactive outreach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or Equivalent
• Preferred 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Communications or related
• Minimum 2 Years of relationship-focused, sales, lending, or financial services role
• Preferred 2 years of Consumer lending, pipeline management, or consultative sales
• Illinois P&C license within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex member portfolio, driving lending production and relationship growth
• Own the full lending lifecycle: pipeline management, origination, and closing
• Serve as primary contact, delivering high-touch concierge service
• Retain members by addressing at-risk members with effective solutions
• Coordinate across internal partners to resolve complex issues
• Onboard employment partnership groups smoothly
• Provide white-glove service to new members with personalized outreach
• Liaise between members and internal teams to remove friction
• Deliver curated product and lending solutions aligned to needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions in required systems
• Share best practices and support continuous improvement
• Deliver WOW member experience by anticipating needs and building trust
