Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in management, business, statistics or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of credit risk and consumer lending experience.
• Preferred 1 year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to evaluate credit risk across consumer lending portfolios.
• Develop and refine underwriting guidelines for products including credit cards and auto lending.
• Oversee KPIs such as automated approvals, delinquency, charge-offs, and ROA.
• Generate reports using SQL, Excel, and Power BI for actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, audit and regulatory teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including onboarding and career development.
