Qualifications

• 5+ years with marketing, partnerships, communications, program management, or operations in a fast-paced global org.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder influence.
• End-to-end project management from brief to delivery.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for marketing assets and partner initiatives.
• Develop and distribute partner communications, presentations, content updates, and emails.
• Plan and execute global partner events with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee global partner screening platform with video ops teams for timely content distribution.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, POs, and invoice inquiries.
• Build relationships across teams to identify new partner engagement opportunities.
• Communicate with executives using structured thinking and clear presentation skills.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows.
