Job summary

TCWGlobal seeks a proactive Programs & Communications Specialist to support global partner engagement within the media and entertainment industry. You will oversee cross-functional project planning, partner communications, event coordination, and operational processes to strengthen relationships with partners worldwide.

The role focuses on coordinating timelines, developing materials, and driving initiatives from planning through execution in a hybrid Culver City environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in marketing, promotional partnerships, communications, program management, or operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end from briefing to delivery.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a high-volume environment.
• Strategic thinking and storytelling to translate complex info into clear communications.
• Experience delivering Keynote presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for marketing assets and partner initiatives.
• Develop and distribute partner communications, including presentations, content updates, newsletters, and emails.
• Plan and execute global partner events with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee a global partner screening platform with video operations teams and distribute content to partners.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, PO creation, and invoice inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships across teams to identify new partner engagement opportunities.
• Communicate with executive stakeholders to drive alignment and influence decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and optimize program execution.
