Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, promotional partnerships, communications, or operations, preferably in media, entertainment, or streaming.
• Demonstrated project management experience overseeing initiatives from briefing through execution and delivery in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Expertise creating polished executive-level presentations and communicating complex information through clear storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Strong organization, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, independence, adaptability, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional project timelines, deliverables, budgets, purchase orders, and invoice inquiries for partner marketing initiatives.
• Develop partner-facing communications, newsletters, email updates, and executive-level presentations covering content updates and strategic initiatives.
• Plan and execute global partner events in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Oversee partner content distribution platforms and coordinate with video operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Build partner relationships, communicate strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders, and improve engagement and operational processes from planning through delivery.
