Job description

This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. Occasional travel to a local office may be required for in-person collaboration with your team, as well as for company events, team building activities, or strategic meetings.

Being a Partner Enablement Learning Program Manager at iManage Means…

You will design, implement and oversee our partner training curriculum and programs to address training needs and high-priority business objectives. You will know what it takes to engage our executive stakeholders when identifying gaps in our partner performance and be able to engineer a measurable program of success based on your findings.

Your role will be pivotal in driving the successful sale and implementation of our products, as well as what it takes to drive successful business outcomes. Your passion for designing programs, as well as out of the box thinking will be highly valued in this role as the programs you create will be highly impactful to the future of iManage.

I’m Responsible For…

  1. Program Development and Strategy: Providing leadership and strategic oversight for our learning programs; including the defining vision, purpose, developmental programming and budget management. Working directly with our partner community to identify gaps in knowledge as well as requirements needed to design learning programs that align with our business goals. Evaluating current materials and technologies to better build upon our partner learning roadmap.
  2. Measurement & Evaluation: Tracking program effectiveness using KPIs (module completion rates, partner feedback, customer NPS scores, CSAT scores, etc.). Iterating and improving learning program based on these insights. Presenting these insights to executive stakeholders to better communicate how we will fill in any gaps.
  3. Curriculum Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive learning programs tailored to a global audience across diverse geographies. Building programs that are impactful, scalable, sustainable and drive measurable growth and improvement in our business outcomes.
  4. Training Approach & Delivery: Organizing workshops, webinars, and self-paced learning modules to deliver content to our partner community. Working with subject matter experts to deliver technical, as well as soft skills content.
  5. Industry Expertise: Continuing to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to share across both our internal teams and partner networks.

I’m Qualified Because I Have…

  1. 7-10 years of relevant learning and development experience within a SaaS company.
  2. Experience in instructional design, curriculum creation and application of metrics to evaluate program success.
  3. Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  4. Strong skills in developing learning programs and content with experience in eLearning tools.
  5. Strong consultative experience with the ability to assess partner needs, influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts through effective collaboration.
  6. An understanding of organizational development and adult learning principles to enhance program effectiveness.
  7. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Bonus Points If I Have...

  1. Experience in the legal tech space; particularly with iManage products.
  2. Storyline or Camtasia experience.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $103,000–$159,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
