Job summary

SHI International Corporation seeks a Business Development Manager - Rubrik to support sales by providing product and partner program information, drive growth, and lead presentations for customers and internal teams. You will develop strategic programs, create trainings, manage pipelines, and represent the brand at industry events while building relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts.

Travel 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel 15% to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
• Ability to communicate and present complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives by providing product support, program information, and competitive advantages.
• Drive overall business growth for the OEM partner by developing strategic programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Create and deliver trainings, presentations, and account mapping sessions for customers and sales teams.
• Monitor and manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and deals to align with partner goals.
• Represent the brand at industry events and with leadership, customers, and partner organizations.
• Educate the sales force on partner tools, products, and programs to enhance sales efforts.
