Compu Dynamics is seeking a Partner Development Manager to expand and sustain its national network of subcontractor partners in data-center markets. You will own partner relationships from discovery to performance tracking, collaborating with Sales, Estimating, and Operations to ensure ready coverage before bids.
This role requires 5+ years in construction or supply chain, strong relationship-building, and travel up to 40–50% across time zones.
At Compu Dynamics, we don’t just build infrastructure—we create the backbone of the digital future. As North America’s premier technology infrastructure design-build partner, we design, construct, and maintain mission-critical data centers for some of the world’s most innovative companies. With roots in one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the world, our growth is as intentional as our impact.
The Partner Development Manager builds, expands, and maintains Compu Dynamics’ national network of subcontractor and vendor partners, with a focus on primary data center markets such as Northern Virginia/Ashburn, Dallas–Fort Worth, Phoenix, and other growing hubs. This means growing the partner bench, expanding into new regional markets as the business grows, and strengthening the relationships we already have. The goal is simple: make sure that when a bid lands in a given market, we already have qualified, vetted partners in place across every trade, rather than scrambling to find them.
You will own the full partner relationship, from finding and qualifying new partners to developing those relationships and tracking how partners perform over time. You will work closely with our Sales, Estimating, and Operations teams, and stay ahead of upcoming work so partners are ready before bids are due.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
This role involves significant travel (up to 40–50%), concentrated in primary data center markets, along with attendance at industry events and partner sites. Work is otherwise performed using standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Duties occasionally require standing, walking, sitting, using hands and arms, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Site visits may require appropriate personal protective equipment.
