  • Execute the most complex service scopes independently; sequence multi-day and multi-trade work.
  • Provide expert diagnostics and repair on complex mechanical plant, including chillers, cooling towers, CRAC/CRAH units, humidification, and controls. Handle the issues other technicians can’t, and serve as a capable second on escalations.
  • Set the on-site quality example; check own and others’ work against applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards before closeout.
  • Support other technicians on difficult jobs; direct junior technicians on-site as lead technician.
  • Represent Compu Dynamics professionally at every customer site, including handling sensitive situations with tact.
Site Leadership and Mentoring

  • Provide hands‑on mentorship to junior technicians; coach on troubleshooting, quality, and safe practices.
  • Lead job site safety reviews on multi-technician jobs; stop unsafe work and reinforce PPE and safety discipline.
  • Review junior technicians’ documentation for completeness before submission.

Materials and Job Cost Support
  • Review materials against scope before mobilization; flag specification gaps to the Superintendent.
  • Help identify acceptable substitute materials on‑site when specified items are unavailable.
  • Flag scope growth and cost impacts early; support accurate job costing.
  • Maintain company‑issued tools and equipment; advise on tooling needs for complex scopes.
Documentation and Communication
  • Document work thoroughly so billing is accurate and the next visit goes smoothly, noting scope deviations, additional work found, and site conditions.
  • Resolve routine field issues before escalation; provide clear technical detail when escalating to the Superintendent.
  • Identify additional service opportunities on‑site and communicate them to the account manager.
Safety and Compliance
  • Perform all work in compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and applicable codes.
