About the job:

The gTech Ads organization has established a new Agency and Partners (gAP) Organization with a mission to scale gTech's expert services to thousands of advertisers through a thriving partner ecosystem. By empowering our partners to become an effective extension of our own gTech service capabilities, we will help more customers succeed with Google.

As a Partner Delivery Manager (PDM), you are the single-threaded owner and strategic orchestrator for a portfolio of Google's most critical third-party partners. This role sits at the heart of our new gAP Organization and is responsible for owning the delivery life-cycle, from strategic planning and technical readiness assessment to delivery governance and performance management, for partners.

You will act as the crucial, executive-level solutions and enablement bridge between Google and the C-suite of our partners. This role is a hybrid of strategy, deep technical expertise, and operational program management, requiring you to define the delivery strategy for your market/product area, carry the activation goals for your partners, and ensure they are motivated, capable, and equipped to scale the delivery of Google's advertising solutions. Your work is critical to expanding our service and helping our mutual customers grow.
