The Partnership Accounting Analyst handles complex reconciliations for Payables and Receivables with Partners and Delivery Agent carriers, following RMB splits and contract terms. The role requires setup of new partner accounts, rate loading, and thorough data validation, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service and/or partnership experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Pyle System is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Set up of all new Partner/Hybrid (D83) accounts in the Pyle system.
• Loading of contractual rates for new and existing D83 accounts into the Pyle system.
• Research and update of pro numbers on the Uninvoiced / Unrated reports for accuracy prior to invoicing.
• Audit the daily correction reports provided by the Partner carriers and update our records to sync with the carrier data.
• Reconciliation of receivables aging with the Partner to identify and resolve terms and rates discrepancies.
• Properly defend charges when a Partner / Agent dispute is not valid.
• Work closely with carriers regarding payment discrepancies, balance dues and over payments.
• Timely and accurate processing of payables to the Partner and Agent carriers.
