Reports to:VP of Partner Management & Marketing
Job Description: The Partner Business Manager Administrator will play an important role in supporting the Partner Management team through operational duties to assist Sterling’s over all business objectives and upholding Sterling’s partnerships. The PBM Administrator will collaborate with the Partner Business Management team and the Sr. Director of Partner Alliances to complete tasks as assigned. This role is not responsible for managing partner accounts but will help with the administrative duties across many accounts. In this role, the PBM administrator needs to be extremely detail oriented, organized, excellent communication skills, and strong abilities to work as a member of a team.
Required Education/Experience:A college degree is required. The candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated and detail-oriented, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism while working independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, is preferred.
