Strong candidates have partner program experience, Salesforce familiarity, and the ability to document repeatable workflows while maintaining precise data hygiene in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• BDR/SDR or partner/channel experience with systems integrators or resellers.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and Claude-based drafts.
• Clear, warm written communication and tone adjustment for partners.
• CRM hygiene expertise with Salesforce or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Run partner outreach and follow-up, review Claude-drafted content and send to SIs.
• Nudge partners through onboarding, activation, and program questions.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene, triage deal registrations, and prep data.
• Be the continuity point for named partner contacts and hand off strategically.
• Help build and document the playbook as Claude workflows mature.
