Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups to join its Labor & Employment and Data Privacy platform on a hybrid basis in multiple U.S. markets, including Las Vegas and Reno.

The opportunity offers autonomy to cultivate client relationships, leverage a national brand, and grow on a platform designed for long‑term practice expansion with substantial cross‑selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience at a sophisticated law firm.
• Established portable book of business and client development.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience including employment litigation, traditional labor, labor relations, workplace investigations, wage & hour, counseling and compliance.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment litigation candidates.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience.
• Strong client relationships and ability to transition clients onto a new platform.
• Excellent business judgment, leadership, and client service mindset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to help expand and strengthen practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice on a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and privacy matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business development.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
