6 Degrees Search is inviting entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups to join a nationally recognized labor, employment, and workplace law platform. Candidates with established portable business and a track record of client development are sought to accelerate growth across multiple U.S.

markets, including Las Vegas and Reno. The role offers hybrid work and autonomy within a collaborative, resource-rich firm environment.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing within a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and a demonstrated record of client development and retention.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience, including employment litigation, traditional labor, labor relations, workplace investigations, wage & hour, and counseling and compliance.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment litigation candidates.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience.
• Strong client relationships and the ability to successfully transition and integrate clients onto a new platform.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding and strengthening existing practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice while leveraging the resources of a nationally recognized platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace-related matters and data privacy compliance matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, collective bargaining issues, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
