Modern Machining Solutions Inc. seeks entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups to join a national platform for labor & employment and data privacy.

The opportunity emphasizes autonomy, a strong client base, and access to firm resources across growth markets including Las Vegas, Reno, Seattle, and Houston. Ideal candidates bring a portable book, management-side labor expertise, and a track record of client development.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing within a sophisticated law firm environment.
• An established portable book of business and a demonstrated record of client development and retention.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience, including one or more of the following areas: Employment Litigation, Traditional Labor, Labor Relations, Workplace Investigations, Wage & Hour, Counseling and Compliance.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment litigation candidates.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience
• Strong client relationships and the ability to successfully transition and integrate clients onto a new platform.
• Excellent business judgment, leadership skills, and commitment to client service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping expand and strengthen existing practices.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice while leveraging the resources of a nationally recognized platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace‑related matters and data privacy compliance matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, collective bargaining issues, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
