Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking an Integration Engagement Manager to oversee API integrations with Connectivity Providers. You will guide partners from initiation through testing and certification, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.

You will coordinate with engineers, product, and support teams to resolve issues and drive successful API adoption. The role emphasizes leading large-scale integration projects, developing internal processes, and providing methodological guidance to partners for

Qualifications

Experience with HTTP clients (Insomnia, Postman) and API integrations.
Solid understanding of middleware integration platforms, system architecture, product APIs, web tools, and protocols (HTTP, REST).
Proficient in reviewing and troubleshooting using development logs and testing tools.

Responsibilities

Lead larger scope projects to assure the integrity of lodging-related data and on-time delivery within SLAs.
Lead the development of internal integration processes and define standards for excellence.
Own full-cycle certification testing for Expedia APIs with partners.
Coordinate integration project kickoffs with Technical Relationship Managers.
Provide standard methodologies for successful integrations and answer technical inquiries.
