Emerging Travel Group is seeking a technically capable support specialist to assist with API integrations for partners. You will guide onboarding, answer questions on API functionality, and manage requests via a ticketing system while ensuring high-quality integrations.

The role involves reading JSON/XML logs, using Postman for testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A proactive communicator with English at B2 level or higher is preferred. Remote-friendly with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting API integrations or API clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to read JSON/XML logs and troubleshoot API issues.

Responsibilities

• Support partner API integrations during onboarding and launch.
• Consult partners and stakeholders on API functionality.
• Handle requests via ticketing system and validate integration quality.
• Log information about integrating partners and maintain knowledge base.
• Conduct calls with partners to resolve issues and gather feedback.
• Troubleshoot API problems using logs and system documentation.
• Escalate complex requests to other teams when needed.
