Expedia Group is seeking a Director, Product Marketing — Connectivity to lead the Connectivity Product Marketing team. You will translate API and platform capabilities into business value, build scalable GTM plans, and align Product, Commercial, Technical, Marketing, and Enablement teams around enterprise partner adoption.

You will lead a high‑performing team across multiple stakeholders, set clear priorities, coach talent, and represent Connectivity Product Marketing in senior leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Product Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years leading and developing people.
• Experience with complex products, platforms, APIs, integrations, or other technology solutions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience coordinating enterprise go-to-market strategies across multiple teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• People-first leadership developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and operating model for Connectivity Product Marketing across the product lifecycle.
• Lead the development of messaging, positioning, value propositions, proof points, and partner stories.
• Build integrated go-to-market plans with Product, Commercial, Technical Partner teams, Partner Marketing, Creative, Communications, Field Enablement, and others.
• Translate product roadmaps and APIs into cohesive GTM architecture with clear audiences and channels.
• Represent Connectivity Product Marketing in senior leadership forums.
• Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
