Job summary

Companial is seeking a Partner Technology Strategist to combine deep technical knowledge of Microsoft AI and Azure with a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem. You will help Microsoft partners translate technical possibilities into scalable, commercially viable solutions.

This international role involves collaboration with Microsoft, Companial specialists and partner leadership teams, focusing on adoption, strategy and business development across Azure and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud, Azure or AI architecture.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its AI services.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, Copilot Studio and AI agent architectures.
• Understanding of RAG, data integration, security, governance and scalable cloud architecture.
• Experience translating technical solutions into business value and commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Advising Microsoft partners on AI and Azure architecture, technology choices and strategic opportunities.
• Helping partners develop commercially viable AI solutions, services and business models.
• Supporting the design of solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Guiding partners on RAG architectures, AI agents, integrations and responsible AI implementation.
• Translating complex technical developments into clear business opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Advising on Microsoft licensing, consumption models, pricing and AI monetization.
• Supporting technical workshops, partner enablement sessions and strategic discussions.
• Collaborating with Microsoft stakeholders and internal Companial teams to identify new partner opportunities.
• Keeping partners informed about relevant developments across Microsoft's Azure and AI ecosystem.
