Job summary

Salesforce is actively seeking a hands-on Partner Technical Architect to help SI partners build Agentforce solutions at scale. You will work with Partner FDEs to transform ambiguous AI problems into working solutions, reference implementations, and evaluation harnesses, then package learnings for broad partner use.

The role emphasizes strong engineering judgment, applied AI fluency, builder instincts, and fast ramp into the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

Strong engineering judgment and applied AI fluency.
Ability to ramp quickly into the Salesforce platform.
Experience shipping or prototyping software, agents, or automation.

Responsibilities

Prototype quickly to validate ideas and expose platform gaps.
Build reference implementations, starter kits, demos, and evaluation harnesses.
Convert field lessons into reusable assets: code, diagrams, checklists, and architecture guidance.
Review partner Agentforce architectures for design, retrieval, tooling, guardrails, observability, cost, security, and production readiness.
Coach Partner FDEs and architects through clinics, office hours, portfolio reviews, and walkthroughs.
Translate recurring field blockers into product/engineering feedback.
Help partners connect technical choices to delivery quality and customer outcomes.
