Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Partner Technical Architect to help top SI partners build production-grade Agentforce solutions at scale. You will turn ambiguous enterprise AI problems into working solutions, reference implementations, and evaluation harnesses, then share learnings to improve partner outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong engineering judgment, applied AI fluency, and rapid ramp into the Salesforce platform, with a focus on production readiness and collaboration with partner FDEs.

Qualifications

• Shipped or prototyped real software, agents, automations, internal tools, or demos.
• Able to show work: repos, demos, docs, or artifacts.
• Learn platforms by building rather than waiting for docs.
• Maintain production instincts around safety, reliability, observability.
• Extract patterns from work to create reusable assets.

Responsibilities

• Prototype quickly to validate ideas and unblock risks.
• Build reference implementations, starter kits, demos, and evaluation harnesses.
• Convert field lessons into durable assets: code, diagrams, notes.
• Review partner architectures for design, retrieval, tooling, guardrails, security.
• Coach partner engineers through clinics, office hours, and reviews.
• Translate recurring blockers into product and engineering feedback.
• Help partners connect architecture choices to delivery and outcomes.
