Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Partner Technical Architect to help top SI partners build and ship Agentforce solutions at scale. You will work with Partner FDEs to turn ambiguous AI problems into working references and evaluation harnesses, then package learnings for broader partner use.

Ideal candidates blend engineering judgment, applied AI fluency, and rapid ramp-up into the Salesforce platform, with a focus on producing production-ready demonstrations and guidance for enterprise

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development or prototyping experience with agents or AI systems.
• Ability to build and explain solutions and reference implementations.
• Experience with enterprise AI and agent-based architectures.
• Ability to learn Salesforce stack quickly.
• Strong communication with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Prototype quickly to validate ideas and unblock risks.
• Build reference implementations, starter kits, demos, and evaluation harnesses for partners.
• Convert field lessons into durable assets: code, diagrams, checklists, and architecture notes.
• Review partner Agentforce architectures for design, retrieval, tooling, guardrails, observability, cost, security, and production readiness.
• Coach Partner FDEs and architects through design clinics and portfolio reviews.
• Translate recurring field blockers into product and engineering feedback.
• Help partners connect technical choices to delivery quality and customer outcomes.
