Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• 6+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Service Operations, Account Management, or related roles.
• Experience leading agile teams, preferably at a technology company.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and organization.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead a growing team of sales operations professionals with onboarding, training, performance reviews, and alignment.
• Build and maintain processes to increase productivity and remove bottlenecks.
• Ensure data integrity to drive insights and reporting.
• Oversee partner management, complaints intake, escalation, and follow-up.
• Produce compliance reports and communicate changes across teams.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain the sales partner rewards program and monitor risk in onboarding.
