Job summary

Tekmetric is seeking a Partner Activation & Growth Manager to turn signed partner agreements into measurable customer acquisition. You will own the full activation journey, from partner access to demand creation to revenue, working at the intersection of partner strategy and field execution.

Your focus is to activate the partner's organization by identifying demand, creating demand, and enabling buyers access at the right moment. Travel to partner sites is expected as part of field execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner/channel management or field sales enablement.
• Proven ability to build scalable activation processes.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across partner orgs.

Responsibilities

• Design and document the activation motion from signed partner to active field production.
• Onboard partners and set up initial plays; transition execution to field or sales teams.
• Own activation funnel performance; diagnose where demand is lost and fix it.
• Document plays and training to enable scaling to new partners.
