We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Account Manager to drive business growth by managing and developing key strategic partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, foster strong relationships, and execute partnership strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and manage key partners that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  2. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  3. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to develop joint initiatives with partners.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships using KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  5. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to enhance partnership strategies.
  6. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any challenges or conflicts that may arise within partnerships.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, business development, or a related role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships and multiple stakeholders.
  6. A strategic mindset with a focus on execution and results.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Thoughtspot, Clari) and partnership management tools (e.g., PRM; Impartner, SFDC PRM).

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $80,000 and $100,000 per year for this position. Actual starting pay will be determined by skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors. Total compensation may include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in the employment offer.
