Partner Account Manager
Various National Locations | Home Office - Remote

Founded in 2020, Covered Holdings offers financing solutions that leverage the company's proprietary credit originations and servicing platform with a unique focus on the needs of non-prime Americans. Their patient financing product, Covered Care, helps healthcare providers care for patients who otherwise would have been declined for traditional credit. Their proprietary financing platform can underwrite and approve patients at every credit level – from prime to non-prime – with affordable rates and terms. This flexibility allows healthcare providers to care for more patients without taking on any risk.

Our Partner Account Managers assist our current and future healthcare partners in growing their business and serving more patients by providing attractive financing solutions.

This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. We are looking for highly motivated, dedicated candidates who are comfortable working in a field environment and traveling in a local market. The Partner Account Manager position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key client relationships with healthcare practices in the assigned territory (based out of a home office and responsible for a specified territory).
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partnerships.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our patient financing products.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and product utilization as well as identify areas of improvement.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, conferences, trade shows, and telemarketing events to promote Covered Care.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with patient financing products is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and training tools.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay Range:

  • Self-determined, performance-based compensation package.
  • $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 Annual.
  • First year guaranteed minimum income starting at $5,000 monthly + performance-based commissions.
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
