What You'll Do
Executive Relationship Management: Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with C-level and senior leaders at the assigned global payment network, acting as the face of FICO and a strategic advisor.
Strategic Account Ownership: Serve as the global relationship executive responsible for the overall partnership strategy, performance, and satisfaction for one major account.
Opportunity Development & Sales Execution: Identify and shape opportunities to embed FICO solutions within the partner’s ecosystem. Lead the full sales lifecycle—from discovery and proposal through negotiation and close—via the partner channel.
Joint Business Planning: Build and execute now/near/future joint business plans that align FICO’s capabilities with the partner’s priorities, including fraud prevention, credit lifecycle optimization, open banking, and embedded finance.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate internal FICO virtual teams (sales, pre-sales, product, delivery) to deliver seamless execution, value realization, and account growth.
Partner GTM Strategy & Execution: Collaborate on co-marketing and go-to-market initiatives that drive adoption of existing solutions and launch new joint offerings.
Market & Thought Leadership: Stay informed on industry trends and represent FICO at industry events and partner conferences, reinforcing our innovation leadership and strengthening the partnership.
What We're Seeking
Relationship Management & Influence: Proven success managing senior executive relationships (C-suite and SVP level) within a complex, global payment network. Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functionally and represent FICO at the highest levels.
Sales & Strategic Account Experience: Deep expertise in consultative, solution-based selling with a focus on enterprise software, SaaS, analytics, or decision science. Demonstrated success in growing a single strategic account, managing multi-million-dollar opportunities, and building multi-year joint business plans. Experience driving both direct and channel-based sales in a global context.
Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of the global payments ecosystem, including the two-sided network model and its role in driving innovation and interoperability. Familiarity with key industry priorities such as fraud prevention, embedded finance, credit lifecycle solutions, and open banking.
Operational & Commercial Acumen: Knowledge of SaaS pricing models, including transaction-based and revenue share agreements. Ability to guide cross-functional teams and align delivery capabilities with strategic partner needs. Experience influencing product development and co-developing go-to-market strategies.
Leadership & Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and highly collaborative with a global mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity. Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed to maintain deep engagement with the partner.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $112,000 to $176,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
