Ideal candidates are experienced, successful executive search professionals as well as individuals who have been successful in their careers in financial leadership roles (CFO, VP of Finance) or corporate financial and human capital consulting who wish to continue to grow in their careers and be part of a collaborative, winning team and become owners.

Desired Competencies:

• Successful at business development for professional services firms. Business development targeting private equity firms a big plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to NYC, Chicago and other US locations for meetings with private equity firms, business development events and client relationship building.
• Successful at leading end-to-end client executive search engagements and managing client relationships. C level executive roles, especially the CFO role a big plus.
• Be a right hand Partner with the founder/CFO in developing and executing on strategies for Firm growth and operational improvements.
• Technology savvy including utilization of AI.
• Play a key role in internal recruiting and team building.

The Partner role includes a cash compensation package that rewards for both individual and company success as well as medical benefits and 401(k) and provides opportunity for equity participation and ownership. The Partner role can be performed remotely.
